What does a project cost?
A site is usually a fixed price agreed before we start. Automation and custom software are scoped after the call, priced as a fixed number or a monthly retainer for ongoing work. You get the number in writing before anyone commits.
How long does it take?
A marketing site is typically two to four weeks. Automation work often shows something useful in the first week, because the fastest wins are usually small. Bigger custom builds are staged so you get working software early rather than a reveal at the end.
Do we own it?
Yes — code, content, infrastructure, and accounts. We build on things you can own, self-hosted where it makes sense. If you ever want to run it without us, that's a handover, not a hostage negotiation.
Is the AI stuff actually useful, or is it a chatbot?
A chatbot is the least interesting thing an AI system can do. The useful version reads your inbox, drafts the follow-up, files the record, notices the thing nobody checked, and asks before it does anything irreversible. That's what we build.
What if we already have a site or a system?
Then we start by reading it. Plenty of work is fixing what's there — performance, accessibility, a broken conversion flow, an integration that never worked — rather than starting over. We'll tell you which one you need.
