Web design · AI automation · Custom software

Software that does the job, built by people who run it themselves.

We design and build websites, automate the work nobody should be doing by hand, and write the custom software that off-the-shelf tools can't. Then we keep it running.

A 20-minute call. No pitch deck, no discovery fee — you describe the problem, we tell you whether we're the right people for it.

What we do

Three things, done properly, by the same people who will still be here when it needs changing.

Web design & build

Sites that load fast, read well, and turn visitors into conversations. Designed for the person landing on it at 11pm on a phone, not for a screenshot in a portfolio.

  • Design, build, and copy in one pass
  • Sub-second loads, real accessibility, technical SEO
  • Content you can edit without calling us

AI automation

The tedious parts of your operation, handed to software that doesn't get bored. Not a chatbot bolted onto a homepage — agents wired into the tools you already use, with the judgment to know when to stop.

  • Assistants with memory, tools, and initiative
  • Inbox, scheduling, reporting, and follow-up flows
  • Built on your data, running on your terms

Custom programming

When the SaaS doesn't fit and the spreadsheet has become load-bearing. APIs, integrations, internal tools, and the unglamorous plumbing that makes the rest of it work.

  • Integrations between systems that don't speak
  • Internal tools your team will actually use
  • Self-hosted infrastructure you own outright

What we've built

We show our own systems rather than a wall of client logos — this is the work you can actually inspect.

Bolt — an AI assistant platform

A single assistant running across Discord, phone, desktop, an Android app, and the web, sharing one memory and one set of tools. It has a sense of time, acts between conversations, audits its own answers, and edits its own source code under test.

  • AI agents
  • Python
  • Real-time voice
  • Android

A billing and subscription platform

Stripe subscriptions, metered usage priced against real inference cost, per-user API keys, and an admin console — built as one ledger so the website, the Discord bot, and the app can never disagree about a balance.

  • Stripe
  • FastAPI
  • SQLite
  • Metering

Self-hosted infrastructure

Containers, DNS, TLS, monitoring, and backups on hardware we own, with the failure modes documented because we're the ones woken up by them.

  • Docker
  • Nginx
  • Linux
  • Monitoring

Proof, not a portfolio shot

Meet Bolt

Bolt is our own AI assistant, and the most honest thing we can show you: it remembers every conversation, notices when things go quiet, acts on its own initiative between chats, and ships code with a test suite behind it. It answers the phone, holds a voice conversation, generates images, files reminders, and runs on our own servers. If you want to know what we'd build for you, look at what we built for ourselves.

How it goes

  1. The call

Twenty minutes. You describe the problem; we ask the awkward questions and tell you honestly whether this is worth building.

  2. A plan with a number

Scope, price, and timeline in writing before anyone commits. No hourly meter running while we figure out what you meant.

  3. Build in the open

You see working software early and often, not a reveal at the end. Changes are cheap while it's still being built.

  4. Run it

Handover with the keys, the docs, and the option to keep us on for the running of it. It's yours either way.

Questions people actually ask

What does a project cost?

A site is usually a fixed price agreed before we start. Automation and custom software are scoped after the call, priced as a fixed number or a monthly retainer for ongoing work. You get the number in writing before anyone commits.

How long does it take?

A marketing site is typically two to four weeks. Automation work often shows something useful in the first week, because the fastest wins are usually small. Bigger custom builds are staged so you get working software early rather than a reveal at the end.

Do we own it?

Yes — code, content, infrastructure, and accounts. We build on things you can own, self-hosted where it makes sense. If you ever want to run it without us, that's a handover, not a hostage negotiation.

Is the AI stuff actually useful, or is it a chatbot?

A chatbot is the least interesting thing an AI system can do. The useful version reads your inbox, drafts the follow-up, files the record, notices the thing nobody checked, and asks before it does anything irreversible. That's what we build.

What if we already have a site or a system?

Then we start by reading it. Plenty of work is fixing what's there — performance, accessibility, a broken conversion flow, an integration that never worked — rather than starting over. We'll tell you which one you need.

Book a call

Tell us what you're trying to build or fix. We reply within one business day, usually sooner.

No sales sequence, no drip campaign. One reply from a person who will be doing the work.
