Terms of Service
Last updated 28 August 2026
These terms cover two things: using this website, and working with us on a project. Using the site or submitting the booking form means you agree to them. Project work is covered by these terms plus whatever we agree in writing for that specific project — where the two disagree, the written agreement wins.
The website
This site is informational — it describes what we do and lets you reach us. Don't use it to submit anything false, harmful, or intended to abuse the booking form (see the honeypot and rate limits in our privacy policy — a submission that trips them is recorded, not deleted). We may update the site's content or take it down for maintenance without notice.
What we do
We design and build websites, AI automation, and custom software for businesses that want the thing to actually work — then we run it. Book a call and tell us what's broken. Submitting the booking form is an enquiry, not a contract — actual project work (scope, price, timeline, deliverables) is agreed separately, in writing, before we start.
Payment
Payment terms are set per project in that project's written agreement. Unless we agree otherwise, work already delivered is owed for even if the rest of the project is cancelled, and late payment can pause further work until it's settled.
Intellectual property
Once a project is paid in full, you own what we built for you — the site, the code, the assets — unless the written agreement says otherwise. We keep the right to use general techniques, tools, and know-how (not your confidential material) on other projects, and to show finished work in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.
No guarantee of results
We build things well and stand behind our work, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes — traffic, sales, rankings, or uptime of services we don't control (hosting, third-party APIs, app stores). Where a project depends on a third party, its terms apply too.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to this site or a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits or lost data, for example — beyond that.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site or our services change. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version; continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
